3 spinach (palak) leaves
1 packet boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ka dana)
4 tsp plain flour (maida)
2 tsp butter
1 cup milk
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
salt to taste
Method
- -boil water in a pan
- -chop the palak,add to boiling water and strain it.
- -grind it in a mixer
- -in another sauce pan take butter
- Add maida ,keep stirring add milk ,salt and pepper,white sauce is ready .
- -in the same pan add palak paste and boiled corn,add salt to tase.dish is ready
