1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup finely chopped black olives
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt and to taste

- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled with monaco biscuits.
