Dill Dip

Sometimes plain cheesy dips are just not enough, especially when you are going to serve mildly flavoured finger foods like potato wedges or cream crackers. This tantalising Dill Dip is sure to put an end to your search, with its irresistible aroma and creamy texture. The inherent richness of curds and cream is perfectly complemented by the distinctive flavour of dill leaves. A dash of pepper, green chillies and lemon juice complete the magical experience!
Dill Dip recipe - How to make Dill Dip

Makes 0.75 cup
2 tbsp chopped dill (shepu / suva bhaji) leaves
1/2 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
3 tbsp fresh cream
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
For Serving
cream cracker biscuits
potato wafers
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
- Serve chilled with cream cracker biscuits and potato wafers.
