Creamy Alfalfa Sprouts and Apple On Toast

Bread, as sandwich or toast, is a great breakfast option, not just because it can be prepared quickly and easily by anyone, but also because it provides a lot of room for creativity and customization.
You can make your sandwich or toast just the way you like it! In this sumptuous version, whole wheat bread slices are topped with a healthy topping of low-fat curds, sprouts, apples, and other ingredients perked up with mustard powder and black pepper powder.
While the Creamy Alfalfa Sprouts and Apple on Toast uses alfalfa sprouts, you can try a similar topping with bean sprouts too.

Makes 2 toasts
2 toasted whole wheat bread slices
To Be Mixed Together For The Topping
1/4 cup low fat curds (dahi)
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/4 cup grated apples
1 tbsp finely chopped celery (ajmoda)
2 tbsp chopped spring onions whites and greens
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
salt and to taste

- Divide the topping into 2 equal portions.
- Spread a portion of the topping on each toast.
