For The Russian Salad
3/4 cup chopped and boiled mixed vegetables (carrot , green peas and french beans)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh cream
1/4 cup chopped canned pineapple
1/4 cup boiled , peeled and chopped potatoes
salt and to taste

- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Divide it into 4 equal portions and keep aside.

Take a clean mixing bowl and add the vegetables to it. You can even add chopped celery to the Russian Salad Sandwich.

Then add the mayonnaise to it. You can use store-bought mayonnaise or you can make eggless mayonnaise at home.

Then, add the fresh cream to it.

Now, add the chopped canned pineapple. You can even use fresh pineapple but as it can be a bit sour, canned is preferable.

Also add the chopped and boiled potatoes. We have boiled the potatoes separately as it would take longer to boil than the other vegetables.

I made this recipe and it was great.. the creaminess of cream and mayonnaise added to the vegetables makes it fab...the pineapple gives a nice sweetness to this sandwich...
