Crispy Bonda recipe - How to make Crispy Bonda

Makes 4 serving
1 cup urad dal (split black lentils)
3 chopped green chillies
2 tbsp chopped coconut
1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
salt to taste
1 tbsp curry leaves (kadi patta)
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
oil for deep frying
Method
- Method
- Soak dal in water for 5-6 hours, drain the water and grind in the mixer with very little water
- make a fine paste
- Add the salt, chillies, curry leaves, coriander ,ginger and
- mix well.
- Heat the oil in a kadhao and deep fry lemon sized batter on medium heat till crisp and golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney.
