Add a cooling and delicious Curd Dip as side dish or accompaniment to any meal or snack. The curd is whipped till creamy and thick and then spiced up with mustard powder and chopped vegetables.
Curd Dip recipe - How to make Curd Dip
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: 10_12 mins Total Time:
1 cup curds (dahi)
2 tbsp chopped capsicum
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tbsp chopped cucumber
2 tbsp chopped cabbage
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp chopped spring onions
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp chilli-garlic sauce
1/2 tsp black mustard (rai / sarson) powder
salt to taste
Method
- Firstly the curd should be whipped till it is thick.
- Then add all above ingrediants and mix well with a spoon.
- Keep it in the fridge for 10 mins.
- Serve it cold .
- You can serve it as a salad(low cholestrol) .
