Dahi curry is a delicious vegetable recipe wherein the vegetable is cooked in yogurt and spices in an authentic Indian style. Serve dahi curry with steamed rice.

2 cups curds (dahi)
1 to 2 green chillies
a little chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp rye
coriander (dhania) leaves
ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
vegetarian seasoning cubes (optional)
salt to taste
1 to 2 onions
1/2 tomato
a few curry leaves (kadi patta)
Method
- Cut onions fine.
- Bagar till light brown.
- Add kadipatta, chillies, red chillie powder, rye, ginger/garlic paste, haldi, maggie seasoning, cut tomatoes (fine) and bagar.
- Remove from fire and cool for sometime.
- Then after 5-10 mins.
- Add curd and put again on stove till it almost comes to a boil.
- Do not overboil.
- Add kothmir. serve.
