For The Tacos
3/4 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/4 cup maize flour (makai ka atta)
salt to taste
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
For The Filling
1/2 cup mashed paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup chopped pineapple
1/4 cup blanched and crushed green peas
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 cup roasted and sliced almonds
2 tbsp finely chopped strawberry
a few parsley
salt to taste
For The Fruit Salsa
2 tbsp finely chopped watermelon (tarbuj)
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions
2 tsp olive oil
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp parsley
To Serve

- Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees.
- combine all the ingredients and knead a semi stiff dough. Make 2" diameter puris and give them tacos shape by placing 1" thick, 9" long and 1.25" broad, smooth paper sheets or hollow box in-between .
- Use parchment or butter paper on face of the box and grease it as well to prevent any sticking of the puris on paper.
- 3 to 4 puris can be clinged on to one such paper template and 3 to 4 such sticks can be baked at time, one besides other in a regular size oven.

- heat the oil and add the cumin seeds, garlic and saute.
- Add the paneer, pineapple, peas, salt and mix well.

- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and use fresh or refrigerate.

- Take baked tacos and spread 1 tsp salsa in each.
- Add 2 tsp of filling mixture in each.
- Garnish it with grated cheese, parsley, almonds and strawberry pieces.
- Serve fresh.
