Doodhi na Rasawala Muthia
1 cup grated bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki) , squeezed
1/2 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/8 tsp salt
For The Rassa
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 cup sour curd (dahi)
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
