Makes 4 servings
2 capsicum , chopped
2 tbsp oil
2 onions , chopped
2 tomatoes , chopped
salt to taste
chilli powder to taste
a pinch turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tbsp garam masala
2 tsp cream
Method
- Method
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and tomatoes and saute till they onions turns golden brown.
- Add the capsicum and the remaining ingredients, mix well and cook till the capsicum is soft and tender.
- Add the cream and mix well.
- Serve hot.
