  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water if required.
  2. Keep aside for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portion and shape each portion in to a pakodas.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry each pakodas till it turns golden brown in colour from all sides.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve hot with chutney and tea or coffee.
