For Eggless Condensed Milk Cookies
1 1/4 cups plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp milk powder
3/4 cup butter
2 tbsp castor sugar
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
