French Bean and Corn Stir Fry recipe - How to make French Bean and Corn Stir Fry

Makes 4 servings
2 tbsp oil
1 cup thinly sliced onions
2 tsp thinly sliced garlic (lehsun)
4 green chillies , slit green chillies
25 to 30 french beans , blanched
2 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
salt to taste
2 tsp dry roasted cumin seeds (jeera) , powdered
2 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds , dry roasted and powdered
2 tsp roasted dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
Method
- Method
- Heat the oil in a wok, add the onions and garlic and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes or till they are golden brown in colour.
- Add the green chillies and stir-fry for ½ a minute.
- Add the french beans, sweet corn and salt and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and dried fenugreek leaves and stir-fry for another minute.
- Serve immediately.
