Fresh Anjeer Sandwich recipe - How to make Fresh Anjeer Sandwich

Makes 4 to 6 servings
1/2 cup chopped fresh figs
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/4 cup finely chopped spinach (palak)
1/4 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
1/4 cup grated white chocolate
1/4 cup mayonnaise
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
8 brown bread slices
To Garnish
grated carrot
To Serve
hot coffee
baked wafers
Method
- Method
- Apply mayonnaise on all bread slices.
- Arrange four of them on a flat dry surface.
- Spread sweetened anjeer on it.
- Arrange all other ingredients on it and season it well. Cover it with another bread slice. Cut it into four and serve fresh.
- Decorate it with carrot garnish and serve it with hot coffee and crisp wafers.
