Ingredients

1 cup orange segments
1 cup apple slices
1/2 cup banana slices
1/2 cup pineapple cubes
1/2 cup sweet lime (mosambi) segments
2 beetroots , chopped or sliced
1/2 cup lettuce , torn into pieces
2 tbsp pomegranate (anar)
2 tbsp roasted and crushed peanuts

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing (in A Bottle)
2 tbsp salad oil
1 tbsp vinegar
2 1/2 tsp orange squash
salt and to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add the dressing and toss well.
  2. Serve immediately
