Makes 4 serving
200 gms Hakka noodles
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup chopped grapes
1/4 cup chopped pineapple
1/4 cup chopped bananas
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped papaya
1/2 cup chopped cucumber pieces
1/4 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt and to taste
chilli powder to taste
chaat masala to taste
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
chopped green chillies according to taste
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp green chutney
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Method
- To prepare the nest, boil and drain the noodles.
- Take a sev press and put the nooldes n it.
- Heat the oil in kadhai and press the noodles in oil in form of nest and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Put them in the nest just before serving.
- Serve immediately
