Ingredients


3 cups whole milk curds (dahi)
handful of fresh berries/ frozen berries
5 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder (optional)
1/2 tbsp mixed nuts (optional)

Method

  1. Tie curd in a clean muslin cloth overnight. (6-7 hours).
  2. put yogurt, sugar and berries in a blender.
  3. empty into a serving bowl, top with some nuts.
  4. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
