Garam Chaat recipe - How to make Garam Chaat

1 cup green peas
2 boiled potatoes
150 gms fresh paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp jal jeera powder (mdh)
1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Method
- Take arefind oil in nonstik pan and fry jeera when jeera become brown put jal jeera powder,amchor,salt and mix well.
- After 1mints put peas in this mixture and add some water.
- When peas become soft remove from the gas.
- Add paneer cut in cubs and boiled
- Potatoes cut in to rectangel.
