Makes 1 cup
1/2 cup garlic (lehsun) cloves , peeled
6 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste, using very little water.
- Store refrigerated in an air-tight container and use as required.
