This ginger curry is good for throat.
in winter it gives relif to the throat.
it also a good appetizer.
Ginger Curry recipe - How to make Ginger Curry
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: Total Time:
50 gms ginger (adrak)
1 tsp desi ghee
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 cups water
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Grind the ginger in liquizer with water
- Sieve the juice and keep aside
- Heat the ghee in a pan
- When ghee is hot put cummin seed and hing
- When cummin seed crack mix ginger juice salt and black papper
- Boil it for five minutes
- Serve it hot with lemon juice.
