This ginger curry is good for throat.
in winter it gives relif to the throat.
it also a good appetizer.

Ingredients


50 gms ginger (adrak)
1 tsp desi ghee
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 cups water
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Method

  1. Grind the ginger in liquizer with water
  2. Sieve the juice and keep aside
  3. Heat the ghee in a pan
  4. When ghee is hot put cummin seed and hing
  5. When cummin seed crack mix ginger juice salt and black papper
  6. Boil it for five minutes
  7. Serve it hot with lemon juice.
