Golden is made differently by using poha chivda and sprouted moong. I am sure your kids would like to eat the same especially at their exam time. Why only kids youngsters and elders will also love to have the same, as this is something different but delicious too.
Golden Bhel recipe - How to make Golden Bhel

Makes 6 serves
4 cups poha chivda
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup boiled sprouted moong (whole green gram) (optional)
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup teekha phudina chutney
For The Garnish
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
- Serve immediately and garnished with coriander.

- If teekha pudina chutney is not readily available , combine 2-3 tsp green chilli paste (can add more green chilli paste if you want more teekha) and lemon juice with 1/4 cup of water and mix the same in poha chivda along with other ingredients.
- If you like can add chopped onion also.
