Golden smoothie is combination of gold kiwifruit and banana. This smoothie is also full of vitamins and fiber and potassium and can be served at any time during the day.

Makes 4 servings
4 gold kiwi , halved and scooped
2 small bananas , peeled and cut into slices
1 cup orange juice
1 cup curds (dahi)
For Serving
few ice cubes

- Method
- Combine the scooped kiwi, banana, orange juice and yogurt and blend in a mixer till smooth, taking care not to crush the kiwifruit seeds.
- Pour into individual serving glasses, add the ice and serve immediately.
