3/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp arrowroot (paniphal) flour
2 tsp chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
sugar to taste
a drop of orange-red food colour

- Combine all the ingredients in a non-stick pan, and cook while stirring continuously, till the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
- Strain and keep aside.
