Ingredients


2 cups papaya balls (prefrebly the red variety)
1 1/2 cups honeydew melon balls
2 cups watermelon (tarbuj) balls

To be blended into a honey-ginger dressing
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp ginger (adrak) juice
1/4 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste

For the garnish
a mint sprig

Method
    Method
  1. While scooping out the fruits, put the balls in ice-cold water. After 10 minutes, drain thoroughly.
  2. Arrange all the balls carefully in a bowl in such a way that they do not get mashed.
  3. Pour the dressing evenly over the bowl.
  4. Put in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve cold, garnished with a sprig of mint in the centre.
