2 cups boiled green peas
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
salt to taste

1 tbsp fresh cream

filling and tasty.. I just made small variations. added curry leaves instead of the mint leaves. and added a dash of lemon ?? before serving.. it gave a tangy taste..
