You can add Italian seasonings in grilled vegetables for variation.
Grilled Veg. Sandwich recipe - How to make Grilled Veg. Sandwich

1/2 onion, cut into strips
1/2 capsicum, sliced
1/2 yellow capsicum, sliced
1 cup mushrooms (khumbh), sliced into thick strips
2 tsp oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp processed cheese
italian dressing as spread
4 slices white bread or whole wheat bread
Method
- Put oil in kadai and heat.
- Add all the vegetables and cook on high flame stirring frequently till it gets brownish-black on borders of vegetables(like grilled-look)
- Add salt,pepper and reduce heat.
- Spread italian dressing on two bread slices.top with warm vegetables and sprinkle cheese and cover with remaining slices spread with butter and cut into triangles and serve.
