Hara Bara Kabab recipe - How to make Hara Bara Kabab

Ingredients
Method

  1. Peel and grate boiled potatoes.
  2. Mash boiled green peas.
  3. Squeeze out excess water of spinach and chop finely.
  4. Mix grated potatoes, peas and spinach. add chopped green chilies,
  5. Chopped green coriander, chopped ginger, chaat masala and salt. add
  6. Cornflour for binding.
  7. Divide the mixture into 25 equal portions. shape them into a ball and
  8. Then press it in between your palms to flatten it. these are now called
  9. Tikkis.
  10. Heat oil in a kadai deep-fry the tikkis in hot oil for 3-4 minutes.
  11. Serve hot.

हमने ये कबाब ब्रेड क्रृम मे मसलके फ्राय किए बहूत टेस्टी बने, आपका धन्यवाद। इसे हम अवनमे कन्वेक्शन मोडपे बनाने के लिए कुछ रेसिपीमे चेन्ज करनी पडती है ? हमने यही तरीके से बनाया मगर क्रिस्पी बिलकुल नही हुआ, क्रुपया। मार्गदर्शन करें ।
