As the name suggest `HARIYALI MASKA BALLS` they will melt in mouth as `Maska`. They can be served as a starter or as snack as desired. The rich green colour with white stuffing will catch the attraction of all.

Makes 4 servings
For The Covering
1 1/2 cups green peas
3 bread slices
2 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
2 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
To Be Mixed For The Filling
2 tbsp hung curds (chakka dahi)
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 tbsp grated processed cheese
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
salt to taste
Other Ingredients
oil to fry
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 cup water
semolina (rava) for coating
Method
- Method
- Crush Green Peas in a mixer and keep aside.
- Add all the remaining ingredients for covering, mix well and divide into small lemon size balls.
- Shape each ball as a `vati` and stuff the Filling and seal carefully.
- Mix cornflour, water and prepare a paste.
- Coat each Green Pea Balls with the corn flour paste, roll in suji and deed fry in oil.
- Serve hot.
