For The Stewed Apples
2 cups sliced apples
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 small sticks cinnamon (dalchini)
1/2 tsp lemon juice

For The Muesli
1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp wheat bran
2 tbsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1 tbsp chopped almonds (badam)
2 tbsp raisins (kismis)
1/4 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
a few drops of vanilla essence

Other Ingredients
1/8 tsp low fat butter for greasing

I must say, if desserts can be healthy, apple crumble makes for a great example! not too sweet, not too bland. the flavours are just right!
