For homemade coconut ice cream

  2. In a deep bowl, beat whipping cream for a minute, using an electric beater. Add condensed milk, vanilla extract and prepared coconut mixture.
  3. Beat for another 1 minute. Add the chopped coconut meat and mix well using a spatula.
  4. Pour the ice cream mixture into an aluminium tin and cover a cling wrap.
  5. Freeze for 10 hour or overnight.
