Honeydew Almond Juice

Honeydew, the name perfectly explains this combination of muskmelon and honey. Light as a dewdrop but with a flavour enriched by honey, this juice is one that nourishes your senses and pleases your palate.
Chilled almond milk gives the Honeydew Almond Juice a rich mouth-feel and husky taste, which combines beautifully with the other ingredients.
This juice must be served chilled, to enjoy the creamy consistency and soft flavour.

Makes 3 glasses
2 cups roughly chopped muskmelon (kharbooja)
1 cup chilled almond milk
1 1/2 tbsp honey
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the juice into 3 individual glasses and serve chilled.
