Ingredients


leftovercake, cut into slices
1/2 ltr pista ice-cream
1/2 ltr vanilla ice-cream
1/2 ltr Strawberry Ice-Cream
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method

  1. Layer the cake slices at the bottom of a round glass or metal bowl to cover the whole bottom of the bowl.
  2. Freeze for sometime till the cake hardens a little.
  3. Soften the pista icecream and spread all over the cake in a thin layer.
  4. Freeze again.
  5. Soften the vanilla icecream and layer over the pista ice cream in a thin layer. freeze again.
  6. Sofetn the strawberry icecream and mix in the chocolate chips evenly. layer over the the vanilla to fill the bowl till the top.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze well.
  8. Just before serving, dip bottom of bowl in warm water and unmould onto a large serving plate.
  9. Cut into slices and serve.
  10. The slices should look like watermelon slices!!.
