Makes 2 servings
3 cups cooked rice (chawal)
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 cup mixed chopped vegetables
salt to taste
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing
Method
- Method
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the vegetables and remaining ingredients, mix well and saute for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander.
