Once i visited to my brahmin friend''s house on occasion of his son NAMKARAAN. There in food menu VARAAN-Bhaat was offered. A plain rice with nicely thick dal, topped with 2 full spoons of Desi Ghee and a dash of lime juice. I cannot forget that first taste which satisfied my soul. Search for Varaan-Bhaat recipe on Informed my wife to go through this recipe to make and she gone through and did very well. She Glance through other recipes like masala-bhaat, tendli-bhaat, matki-bhaat. Now everyday is best treat for me at home.
