This is a very easy to prepare snack, and just as tasty to eat. made with readily available ing.in the kitchen, easy to prepare when you have unexpected guests.
Instant Poha Snack recipe - How to make Instant Poha Snack
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: Total Time:
2 cups beaten rice (poha)
2 onions, chopped
1 tsp green chilli paste
a handful of grated coconut
coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder to taste
salt to taste
sugar to taste
for tempering:-
coconut oil
2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
a few curry leaves (kadi patta)
Method
- Wash the poha.
- Prepare the tempering with coconut oil and add to the poha.
- Add all the above ingredients and mix well.
- Snack is ready to eat.
