Makes 1 cup
4 to 5 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) , crushed
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) , crushed
6 tsp vinegar
salt to taste
1 tbsp processed cheese
3 tsp cheese spread
4 to 5 tsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 to 3 basil
2 to 3 green chillies
1/2 cup coriander (dhania) leaves

- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend together till smooth and thick.
- Serve with a dollop of cream.
