Makes 4 serving
1 cup chopped bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
2 tsp chopped basil
1/4 cup chopped coconut cream
coconut water as required
Method
- Method
- Blend the bottle gourd in a mixer to a smooth juice.
- Add the coconut water to adjust the consistency.
- Add the salt and basil and mix well.
- Add the chopped coconut cream and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
