Healthy, easy and a very novel way of using karelas in Muthias ! Tried for the first time and enjoyed it too ! This will now feature regularly on my plate :)
Ma''am this recipe luks super yum...what can I use instead of besan??? Can I use jowar and ragi or jowar and wheat flour??
I have made this recipe, it was delicious. I am diabetic so this is good for me . Thanks .
Can we make these muthias without jowar flour?
This is a unique variation of using Karela. I was skeptical as to how the Muthias would taste when I read the recipe but I had Karela and so decided to prepare the recipe. However it was a bit bitter, everyone enjoyed the Muthias with Green chutney.
These steamed Karela Muthias are simply delicious... with a slight lingering after taste of Karela.... which to my surprise is quite pleasant... ad using jowar flour was a great idea as you dont even feel the difference.... I think this is a great evening snack..
Karela and jowar flour Muthias flavored with onions and garlic and curds to give that sourness. Nice breakfast snack.
