A quick and easy halwa recipe which would even more delicious if nuts are added to it.

Makes 4 servings
4 bananas , peeled
1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
10 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
sugar to taste
Method
- Method
- Cut each banana into 4 pieces and slit each piece from the center.
- Combine the coconut , cardamom and sugar and fill this mixture in the bananas and keep aside.
- Heat 10 tbsp ghee in a kadhai, add the filled banana pieces and cook till both the sides become golden brown.
- Serve hot.
