Makes 9 tokris
For The Bread Spread
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1/4 tsp chaat masala
For The Filling
1/4 cup boiled moong (whole green gram) sprouts
1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
1/2 onion , finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
3 tbsp khajur tamarind (imli) chutney
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped raw mango (optional)
1/4 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
salt to taste

9 bread slices
1 tbsp tomato sauce
For Garnishing
few chopped coriander (dhania)

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, keep aside.

- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside.

- Put the bread slice on a rolling board, with the help of a rolling pin roll out the bread thinly.
- Take a 3-4" diameter steel bowl (big size katori) and cut out a round from the bread as per the size of that bowl. Apply the prepared spread evenly from the inner side of the bread.
- Take a muffin tray, place bread rounds in them to get a tokri with folds.
- Place them on the high rack. Grill for 6-7 minutes or till evenly browned on the edges.
- Remove and cool on room temperature.
- Put a portion of filling in each tokri and dot with tomato ketchup.
- Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
