Surprised by sudden guests? Well, it’s now your turn to surprise them with this amazing dessert. Common ingredients and just a few minutes is all it tastes to turn out a few servings of this delicious Knickerbocker Glory.
This instant dessert looks very charming with colourful fruits and vanilla ice-cream but the real master stroke here is the garnish of crushed chikki.
The nice, sweet crunch of the chikki is the twist that transforms an ordinary dessert into a memorable surprise.
You can try other desserts like the Kulfi and Jalebi Sundae or Pineapple Sundae .

Makes 4 servings
2 cups mixed fruit cubes (orange , pear and apple)
4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
4 tsp coarsely crushed peanut chikki
- Method
- Take a glass, put ½ cup of the mixed fruits, top it with 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream and finally sprinkle 1 tsp of chikki evenly over it.
- Repeat step 1 to make 3 more glasses.
- Serve immediately.
