A great summer cooler with the combination of kokum and cranberry juice.

Kokum and Cranberry Sorbet recipe - How to make Kokum and Cranberry Sorbet

Ingredients

2 tbsp kokum syrup
ice cubes as required
1 cup cranberry juice , chilled
1/2 tsp rock salt
1 lemon , thin slices
2 cups chilled soda

Method
    Method
  1. Pour kokum syrup into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add few ice cubes, cranberry juice, rock salt, few lemon slices and stir, crushing the lemon slices slightly.
  3. Strain into individual stemmed glasses.
  4. Top up with soda.
  5. Decorate rim of each glass with a lemon slice
  6. Serve immediately.
