A tasty and tangy achaar made with lime pieces marinated and preserved in lots of spices and condiments and salt.

Makes 2 to 4 servings
4 lemon
2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 cups sugar
2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper powder
8 to 10 garlic (lehsun) cloves
salt to taste

- Pressure cook the lemons for 10 to 15 minutes.
