2 medium apples
1 tsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder

For Serving
1 1/2 cups vanilla ice-cream

  1. Peel, core and slice the apples.
  2. Combine the apples and ½ cup of water in a deep non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Mash it very well using a potato masher.
  4. Add the sugar and cinnamon powder and mix well.
  5. Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream.
