Makes 3 servings
2 medium apples
1 tsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
For Serving
1 1/2 cups vanilla ice-cream
- Method
- Peel, core and slice the apples.
- Combine the apples and ½ cup of water in a deep non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Mash it very well using a potato masher.
- Add the sugar and cinnamon powder and mix well.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream.
