1/2 cup parboiled sprouted matki (moath beans)
1 cup orange segments , cut into halves
1/2 cup green grapes , cut into halves
1/2 cup tomato cubes
1/2 cup banana slices
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp powdered sugar
salt to taste
