Ingredients
2 cups lettuce , torn into pieces
1/2 cup tomato cubes
1/2 cup capsicum cubes
2 tbsp methi sprouts
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

- Soak the lettuce in chilled water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and discard the water.
- Mix all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
