Makes 4 servings
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 1/2 cups green grapes halves
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
To Be Mixed Together For The Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
a pinch of powdered sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, pour the dressing over it and toss the salad gently.
- Serve immediately.
