Ingredients


For The Stuffing
1 onion , finely chopped
2 carrot cut into small pieces
3 boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup of green peas
1/2 cup finely chopped french beans
1 tsp of ginger (adrak) garlic (lehsun) paste
1/2 tsp of mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur) powder
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
1 bayleaf (tejpatta)
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp of coriander (dhania) powder
1/4 red chilli powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1 tbsp of ghee or butter
4 to 5 tbsp ghee for bun slices

Other Ingredients
6 hot dog rolls
1 cup green chutney
1 cup tomato ketchup
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
    Method
  1. Take ghee or butter in pan, and then add mustard seeds, bay leaf, and hing.
  2. When they crackle, add chopped onions. When the onion get brown add ginger garlic paste and fry for couple of minutes. Add peas, beans, carrot, and fry them till they are cooked evenly.
  3. Now add mashed potatoes and add red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, salt.
  4. Mix them all thoroughly and at last add amchur powder, garam masala and mix it one more time.
  5. Preheat the oven at 400F for 10 mins. Meanwhile take out middle part of buns for stuffing with help of knife or scoop, sufficiently enough to stuff the material.
  6. Apply the ghee or butter in the middle and outside for crunchiness.
  7. Now fill the stuffing in the hollow middle part and apply one layer evenly of green chutney on top stuffing, then next layer of tomato ketchup and top of it one layer of mozzarella cheese. Now take these stuffed buns in greased baking tray and cook them at 350 F till cheese melts and become crisper
  8. Serve them hot with green chutney or ketchup.
