  1. Combine the curd, besan, turmeric powder and 2½ cups of water in a deep bowl and mix well using a whisk.
  2. Heat the oil in deep non- stick pan, add the cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger, chilli powder and asafoetida and sauté on a medium flame for few seconds.
  3. Add the radish leaves and sauté on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the curd-besan mixture and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring it continuously.
  5. Serve hot.

Fresh mooli leaves kadhi.. really nice flavour.. goes well with steaming rice.. I tried this recipe for sunday lunch.. every body just loved this recipe..
